BRAZILIAN CANE SUGAR:

Icumsa 45 (White Refined Sugar)
Being a highly refined sugar product, Icumsa 45 is easily recognizable by its distinctive sparkling white color and pure sucrose taste. It is considered to be the world’s leading consumer sugar that possesses a standard by which other types of sugar are measured against. Icumsa 45 enjoys a perpetual high demand since it is the safest form of sugar, owing to the fact that the refining process by which it is produced eliminates the bacteria and contaminants that are often present in raw sugars which can pose a threat to human health.

Icumsa 100
Icumsa 100 is refined sugar that has a lower grade and lower cost than Icumsa 45. Having a light white color, this kind of sugar do not possess the visual appeal of sparkling white Icumsa 45, however, Icumsa 100 is still a food grade sugar that is safe for human consumption.

Icumsa 150 (White Crystal Sugar)
Icumsa 150, otherwise called White Crystal Sugar, is recommended for most customers since it contains less chemicals, it is more readily available, and it is a lower cost replacement to the traditional white refined sugar, Icumsa 45. It is produced by crystallization process, with the absence of chemical refining.

Icumsa 600-1200 (VHP Sugar)
Icumsa 600-1200 is typically the ratings in which VHP sugar falls. VHP or Very High Polarity sugar is a raw sugar with a polarity of more than 99.4 percent and contains relatively few contaminants, two reasons that make this sugar light brown in color. Polarity is a term used to describe the percentage of sucrose that is present in a mass of raw sugar. The term VHP is widely understood to mean that 99.4 percent of the total mass of a raw sugar is pure sucrose, and that 0.6 percent or less is waste material. VHP remains in high demand as it is much cheaper and easier to refine than standard raw sugars.

Inspection

SGS Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller’s cost. Inspection of commodity will be at the loading port.

Insurance

Shall be the responsibility of the Seller. Insurance will be valid up to Buyer’s warehouse for 110% of invoice value. In case of insurance claim, the amount will be payable to the Buyer in the currency of invoice and in the country of the Buyer. All marine risks to be covered.

Product Documentation

Seller shall issue to Buyer all shipping documents including inspection certificate by SGS. Certification shall be done against Quantity and Quality, Bill of Lading, Shipping Invoice and any other document at Seller’s side necessary for the discharge of goods at Buyer’s port. The Seller is fully responsible for any documents needed from country of origin for the discharge of goods at Buyer’s port.

Documents

Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, Inspection Certificate of SGS for Quality & Quantity, Insurance Certificate, and Certificate confirming that the goods are FIT for HUMAN Consumption.

Procedures

1. Seller issues SCO.
2. Buyer signs and returns to Seller.
3. Seller issues Sales and Purchase Agreement.
4. Both Buyer and Seller sign and seal Sales and Purchase Agreement and return by fax or email.
5. Within five (5) banking days after signing the contract, Buyer shall cause his buying bank to open L/C to Seller designated bank.
6. Seller shall arrange the shipment as per agreed terms within 20 to 30 working days after confirmation of the receipt of payment.
